Justin is a father of school-aged children and himself was a Club kid growing up in Oklahoma. He is a current donor and passionate about the mission of The Boys & Girls Club. He is an alumni of United Way’s Rising Leader program, through which he gained an understanding of what it means to be a good board member. He believes that there are few things more important than really seeing young people; helping them to realize and believe in their own potential, and then to faithfully walk alongside them to help equip them to become all that they can become. Justin currently leads a global team of analysts that manage fundraising investment and performance analytics for a $3 billion global non-profit (World Vision International). He is also the former CFO at First Source (WCCA). Although he does not have experience making direct fundraising asks, he does have experience in fundraising strategy, analysis, innovation, and product design.
