Jenny Brown

Jenny Brown was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and spent all her summers in Hendersonville, NC, where her parents had a cabin. After receiving her undergraduate degree in biology from Princeton, Jenny taught 7th grade life science for two years in Dallas, TX. Jenny obtained her law degree from SMU and worked as a lawyer for 25 years, mostly as a civil litigator and then federal prosecutor. From 2010-2014 Jenny served on the School Board of Palm Beach County. She has served on many boards in a volunteer capacity. In 2018, Jenny and her family moved to Hendersonville. Jenny is married to Philip Brown and together they have two children, Bobby and Kendall, who are seniors at Hendersonville High School.
