Dave Adams is an Accountant, graduated from the University of Tennessee a few decades ago.
He came to Hendersonville in 1977 to work for The Mother Earth News magazine as CFO. He has been Controller CFO of Fazio Golf Course Designers since 1990.
Adam is a co-founder of the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County, which was formed in 1993, and he still serves on the Board of Directors. He is also a co-founder of Henderson County’s HonorAir (founded in 2006) and western NC’s Blue Ridge Honor Flight (founded in 2016), both organizations formed to charter jets to fly and honor Veterans of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, to visit their memorials in Washington, D.C.
He has been a member of the Rotary Club since 1993. He’s been married to Maurean Adams for 54 years and has 5 adult children and 13 grandchildren. He is a road bicycling advocate, and plays tennis and golf.
